some of their agents are liars. their sgent susan told me that my withrawal will be send to its source. In that particular withrawal, $20 was deposited thru online banking but the $30 was deposited thru mastercard. However, danai told me that all my withrawal was returned to my mastercard. they are making easy problem harder becsuse withrawal thru online banking will be finshed in less than one hour but thru mastercard would talke morethan 3 days. they are very unfair. i

My account: 3017047 I traded on my own, and when there was a loss to the point where the position was about to be liquidated, I made multiple deposits. It was traded on May 11, and they just made a profit, so they banned me from trading and said me Violation. When I lost money to the point where I was about to liquidate my position, nothing happened and I could trade normally, but when I started to make a profit, they banned me from trading, saying that I violated the rules and only returned my principal. I was trading on the platform for 2 days, and from one moment, unexpectedly, they disconnect my trading account and make it disable. After I contacted live chat and asked why my account is unable to trade when I was trading, i have been waiting for more than 5 minutes with no answer after he replies to contact via email, not letting me know what's wrong right after he disconnect the chat.

There is no denying that ActivTrades is very experienced in the forex market and has legal regulation. Flexible leverage up to 1:30, tight spreads on currencies from just 0.5 pips, mt4 & mt5 are both available! But it end here..the broker doesn’t offer free-commission trading, and some handling fees may be charged depending on the payment methods. The worst is that the minimum deposit is quite high, which is unfriendly for we newbies! You have to invest with at least $500 to start trading..

When I was on my demo account everything was fine but when I started depositing money and really working with activtrades everything changed! The slippages are high and NEGATIVE, and they started deducting my account balance with thousands and thousands of reasons, and the withdrawals took so long to come.... I have lost all my patience. Bad platform!

Sure, that is a good one and I was advertised this platform not for no reason. I mean, my close friends told me to pay attention to this broker and I decided to give it a shot, lol, why not? They are robust, regulated by the FCA. and they offer a surprisingly wide range of assets for trading. I work with indexes predominantly such as US Tech 100, S&P 500, UK 100 and conditions are to my liking. Mb leverage could've been bigger, but I know how FCA is capricious.

For me, the convenience and speed are the most important factors. My whole system is built around the speed of execution. It sounds dramatic, but even a second delay in my entry may cost me like 1/3 of my profit, the same with the closing of a trade. Speed and convenience offered my ActivTrades are the top reasons why I am still a loyal client, cuz trades are placed under 0.004! Pips on forex exotics could be lower tho... Makes them hard to trade.
