该平台涉嫌干扰客服平仓每当遇到大行情的时候都会卡顿连接不上网络最后导致投资者亏损
我叫韩伟伟，普罗汇交易账号200066122 2019年11月1日晚上20.30分左右我的账户出现重大问题，连接不上网络，设置的止损单并没有按照我所设置的价格止损，当时我有尝试用手动方式平仓减少亏损的损失确显示连接不上不上网络进行过关机换wifi网络确始终连不上，事后可以连上网确已经爆仓，当时联系了我的客服经理告知此事，他表示确实当时平台有问题。他也尝试连接不上，并把事情反馈给上级申请赔偿我的损失，，直到周一我再次联系我的客服经理时，他却告知我技术部说这是正常现象不做赔偿，正常的情况下我亏损心甘情愿，在这种你们平台自身问题下所导致的损失不能让我们投资者买单吧？这个平台太扯淡了吧，一个技术部就可以管理这个事情，我就严重怀疑该平台的是否正规安全问题
