I think a swap contract scammed me. Please help me. When I said I wanted to apply for a swap contract, the contract was concluded without consent or signature on the contract or application form. When applying for the contract, I was notified that the contract was completed unilaterally without notifying me of the application form and contract terms. In response to this, I was notified that the contract was completed. When I tried to cancel, the customer service center told me that if I cancel due to a contract that was not notified in advance, I will have to pay an additional penalty instead of the funds in the current account to be able to trade and deposit/withdraw. All deposited funds are quarantined in the bank. I tried to pay the penalty with funds in my account, but they said I couldn't. Do I have to pay a penalty for entering into a contract without my consent or signature on the contract or application form? I'm also curious. If I have to pay a penalty, I'd like to know if I can pay it from my current account. I desperately need help.
