I have been a user of the broker since April 2024. I started trading with a deposit of a deposit of $198.80 on April 15; after that, on May 5, I made another deposit of $799. I operated regularly with the broker until I achieved a balance of $2099.86. I have tried to make withdrawals since June 6, 2024, when the platform mentioned that it was being updated and withdrawals were suspended. On June 10, 2024, the withdrawal is requested again, which says it will be made in 1 business day. It was rejected on June 11 without having effect, and the balance was doubled in the broker due to an alleged system error. I just want to withdraw my money within the established deadlines, since I have been trying to do so for several days and the platform always has a different error. Thank you so much.

Incapacidad de retiro en mi cuenta

Soy usuario del broker desde Abril de 2024, comencé a operar con 198.80$ depositados el 15 de Abril, posteriormente a eso el 05 de Mayo realice otro deposito de 799$ operando regularmente en el Broker hasta conseguir un saldo de 2099.86$. He intentado realizar retiros desde el 06 de Junio de 2024, donde la plataforma menciono que estaba en actualizacion y estaban suspendidos los retiros, el día 10 de Junio de 2024 se procede a solicitar nuevamente el retiro el cual dice que se efectuará en 1 día laborable, el mismo fue rechazado el dia 11 de Junio sin tener efecto y el saldo fue duplicado en el Broker debido a un supuesto error de sistema. Solo quiero retirar mi dinero en los plazos establecidos, ya que lo he intentado hacer desde hace varios días y la plataforma siempre tiene un error diferente. muchas gracias
