From July 22, 2024 to September 5, 2024, I deposited $31,600 into Ivy Market. After trading until September 5, 2024, the trades were profitable and generated a profit of $18,400 (about 460 million VND). Then, on September 6, 2024, when I requested a withdrawal, the exchange responded via email that the system was under maintenance. Until September 16, 2024, I still couldn't withdraw my capital. During this period, the exchange always tried to manipulate the buying and selling prices significantly different from the market, so I felt uneasy about the trading. At 6:00 PM on September 19, 2024, the exchange returned my capital, so the remaining amount in my account was $18,400. However, at 6:30 PM on the same day, the exchange arbitrarily seized my $18,400 and deleted my account.

sàn hãy trả lại tài khoản và tiền cho tôi

Từ ngày 22/7/2024 đến ngày 5/9/2024 tôi có nạp vào sàn Ivy Market số tiền là 31.600usd; sau khi giao dịch đến ngày 5/9/2024 giao dịch có lợi nhuận và phát sinh phần lãi là 18.400usd ( khoảng 460triệu đồng). Sau đó tôi làm lệnh rút tiền vào ngày 6/9/2024 thì sàn có phản hồi email là sàn đang bảo trì hệ thống. Đến ngày 16/9/2024 tôi vẫn chưa rút được phần vốn của mình, trong quá trình này sàn luôn tìm cách giản giá mua và bán trên lệch rất nhiều so với thị trường nên tôi cảm thấy không an tâm giao dịch. Đến 18h ngày 19/9/2024sàn đã trả lại phần vốn cho tôi, như vậy số tiền còn lại trong tài khoản của tôi là 18.400usd. Tuy nhiên đến 18h30p cùng ngày 18.400usd sàn tự ý chiếm đoạt tiền của tôi và xoá đi tài khoản của tôi.
