Hello, my name is Alexis Matamoros, I would like to know how I can withdraw my initial funds since I have only received negative responses from them. I have sent emails on November 4th, 8th, and 20th, but to date, I have not received any response. Similarly, when I finally manage to communicate with them by phone, they tell me that they will call me back, but I have not received any response to date. Initially, they were very insistent on calling me all the time to invest more resources, to which I did not agree. On the contrary, when I told them that I wanted to withdraw my funds, there was no response from them. In the application, I also cannot withdraw my funds because it asks me to upload some identification documents, which I have already uploaded. Now, every time I see my funds in the application, I have less and less, even though I haven't made any transactions because my account does not allow me to do so, supposedly because it has not been verified. No me permiten retirar mis fondos

Hola, mi nombre es Alexis Matamoros, quisiera saber como puedo retirar mis fondos iniciales ya que solo e recibido negativas de parte de ellos, le e enviado correos los dias 4, 8, 20 de Noviembre pero hasta la fecha no e recibido ninguna respuesta, igual por telefono cuando por fin puedo comunicarme me dice que me van a marcar pero hasta la fecha no recibo respuesta alguna, al principio estaban muy insistentes llamandome todo el tiempo para que invirtiera mas recursos a lo cual no accedi y alcontrario en el momento en que les dije que queria retirar mis fondos ya no hubo respuesta de parte de ellos, en la aplicasion tampoco puedo retirar mis fondos ya que me pide que suba unos documentos de identificasion los cuales ya subi, ahora cada que veo mis fondos en la aplicasion resulta que tengo cada vez menos si se supone que no e hecho ninguna operacion por que mi cuenta no me lo permite porque segun no a sido verificada. De antemano muchisimas gracias por su atencion.
