Abstract:Tesla's founder Elon Musk had a few things to say when he learned a couple had filmed themselves having sex in a moving car on autopilot.
Last week, a couple had sex in a moving Tesla which was on Autopilot, and they uploaded it to Pornhub.Elon Musk, Tesla's founder, responded to the video on Twitter on Thursday night.He didn't reference the video directly, but said, “Turns out there's more ways to use Autopilot than we imagined,” adding “shoulda seen it coming …”Tesla's Autopilot isn't a fully driverless system yet, and the company recommends drivers always have both hands on the wheel when using it. His family is suing Tesla, because the car was in Autopilot when it crashed. The suit alleges Autopilot is “defective in its design.”In a blog published by Tesla shortly afterwards, the company stated Huang “received several visual and one audible hands-on warning earlier in the drive,” to remind him to put his hands back on the wheel.Musk recently said in an interview that Tesla' Autopilot could be safe for people to drive hands-free by the end of this year.INSIDER has contacted Tesla for comment.
