LONDON (Reuters) - The head of the Conservative Party's 1922 Committee, Graham Brady, said on Wednesday he would consult with the committee's executive following a meeting with Prime Minister Theresa May on Friday.

May is facing growing pressure to resign immediately and some had been pushing for the influential committee to change the rules over when she can be challenged as leader.
“I will be meeting the prime minister on Friday following her campaigning in the European elections tomorrow and following that meeting I will be consulting with the 1922 executive,” Brady told reporters.
