Adani Group welcomed Supreme Court's order and said Truth will prevail.

On March 2, Supreme Court of India has Passed order for investigation in Hindenburg-Adani Case. SC also instructed SEBI to continue their Investigation and submit the report about this matter within two months. SC formed six members committee to investigate this whole case. Former SC judge AM Sapre will lead the committee .The committee consists OP Bhatt, JP Devdatt, Nandan Nilakeni, KV Kamath, and Somasekharan Sundaresan as the members. DY Chandrachud, Chief Justice of India said “This court noted that there was a need for the committee for regulatory mechanisms to ensure the safety of investors”.

Supreme Court received so many PIL's on this matter. Hence, Supreme court have to interfere and ordered for investigation.
