Abstract:Zerodha, the discount brokerage firm, experienced technological difficulties but resolved the problem within an hour. This is the second time in a month that the firm has encountered similar technical difficulties.

Zerodha wrote on its official social media platform X. “Some of our users were facing issues with logging into Kite and adding instruments to the marketwatch.”
This is not the first time the users faced issue but in last three months the brokerage encountering with such issues. On November 6, 2023, the company had yet another technical issue that caused users' irritation. The Kite trading platform's bug made it difficult for users to see executed orders in their order book. Before this, the firm had faced technological difficulties on October 31, 2023 users encountered the same issue.
Todays problem was successfully resolved on the same day. The Firm tweeted: “These issues were resolved. We regret the inconvenience caused”.
