On-site visit

In this issue, the investigation team went to Hong Kong, China to visit the foreign exchange dealer Best Leader as planned. The survey address is Room 09-11, 21st Floor, Exchange Tower, No. 33 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay.

The survey personnel came to the destination of the current survey according to the above address. The office of Best Leader is located in the Kowloon Bay factory business district, which has been continuously rebuilt in recent years, with many new high-end commercial buildings, and is close to the MTR and various public transportation. The surrounding environment is clean and tidy, with a strong flow of people, as well as shops, restaurants, markets, residences and hotels of all walks of life. The destination is the famous local building Exchange Tower, which is the first commercial building in Hong Kong with a green platform and a sky garden on each floor.

The survey personnel did not find the trader's name on the water sign in the lobby, so they went upstairs to visit. Unfortunately, due to the epidemic, the survey personnel's request to go upstairs to visit was rejected by the security guard. Therefore, it is confirmed that the office of the trader Best Leader does not exist there.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Hong Kong, China to visit the foreign exchange dealer Best Leader as planned, but did not find the dealer's office at its publicly displayed business address. The dealer may have just registered a company at this address without a real business venue. Please choose this dealer carefully.
