According to the regulatory information, Zhongtai HK was located at 7F&19, Li Baochun Building, 189 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong. The surveyors visited the broker.

According to the regulatory information, the surveyors came to Des Voeux Road Central and found this street in HK downtown was crowded with high-rises and people. 

Office

The surveyors walked straight forward along the road and found a building number signage on the light yellow wall. As was informed, here was the surveyors’ destination. 

The surveyors came to the front door of the building. The brand new blue high-rise looked quite beautiful when it was sunny. The building was in the downtown, and adjacent to an exit of railway station. Its location is good. There were quite a lot of shopping malls and snack shops beside the building, satisfying the needs of employees in the building for meal and shopping.Thus can been seen, the surrounding facilities of the building’s surrounding were good.

The surveyors entered the office building, went upstairs by the stairway and then found a guidance desk in the lobby. The receptionist asked the surveyors for their targeted floor. The surveyors were permitted to go to the broker’s office after explaining their purpose to the receptionist. Thus, the surveyors took the elevator to 7F at first, finding the entire floor belonged to the broker after walking around 7F. The surveyors then walked around 22F after taking the elevator to the floor, finding the floor also belongs to the broker. It was a pity that the surveyors couldn’t enter the broker’s office. Coincidentally, the surveyors met its employee wearing a badge when the surveyors were about to go downstairs. The employee told the surveyors that he has completed a task outdoors and went back to the office just now. After briefly communicating with the employee, the surveyors were informed there were about 30 employees in the office.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the HK licensed broker Zhongtai was the same with its licensed address. The broker held a futures exchange license and an ordinary financial license issued by SFC. Discretion is advised with regard to investment.
