Introduction

Regulatory Information

The broker OPTECK is holding a MM license authorized by CySEC. According to the regulatory information, the broker is located at Gladstonos 110 corner of Mesolongiou str, Ayia Trias 3032, Limassol. The inspection team went to this address. 

Inspection Process

The inspection team arrived at an office building at Gladstonos 110 corner of Mesolongiou str. The building is about 150 meters away from the famous Seaside Avenue, and the location is excellent with convenient transportation.

The team found that the building was named after a law firm and did not find the broker’s logo at the entrance.

All nameplates on the director show the name of the law firm, no information about other company. The team went to the third floor by elevator, and saw the receptionist of the law firm. No sign of the broker OPTECK was found.

Conclusion

The inspection team confirmed that there is no office place of OPTECK at the registered address, which means the regulatory information about the broker is not true. Please be wary of investment risks. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
