The surveyors arrived at the 17th floor by elevator and were informed from the company directory that Monex Investindo was located at Unit 8. As were informed, half the 17th floor belongs to the broker.

The surveyors then arrived at the door of Monex Investindo’s office and saw at first the reception area and the broker’s logo. One of their receptionists told surveyors there were about 50 staff members in the office.
