Reason for this visit

In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the US, WikiFX survey team is determined to go to the country for on-site visits to local companies.

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit forex broker AMBERLIGHT FINANCE as planned according to its purported regulatory address that 13395 Voyager Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, US.

The investigators came to 13395 Voyager Pkwy in Colorado Springs of Colorado, US for an on-site visit to the brokers office. Upon reaching the location, the survey personnel found that this was a suburb of Colorado Springs, instead of a bustling business district. Meanwhile, there was a large array of stores, including BBQ, Karate Center, Smoke & Vape, and Postal Annex.

The incomplete address above did not provide the specific unit number of AMBERLIGHT FINANCE. Moreover, the inspection team did not discover any information regarding this financial company or its business office, which made it challenging to conduct further investigation. Unlike typical office buildings, these stores had no lobby, directory or any company logo inside. Additionally, without an exact unit number, they were unable to locate the broker.

During the field survey, the team attempted to visit AMBERLIGHT FINANCEs website, https://amberlightfinance.com/, but found it to be inaccessible. Although it was observed that a store called “Pure Bame” offered mail drop box service, there was no sign of the broker.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the company does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the US to visit broker AMBERLIGHT FINANCE as scheduled, but did not find the company at the aforementioned address. It indicates that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
