Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team, asking for disclosure of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. In oder to meet investors’ need, the inspection team decided to go to Bogus ETO Markets’s office in Australia to have a more intutitive view of the broker.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Bogus ETO Markets was located at 'The Chifley Tower' Suite 28 Level 28, 2 Chifley Square Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor found the office building indicated by ther regulation information at the junction of Young St and Bent St without much trouble.

The new building has a large scale.

The surveyor couldn’t wait but entered the office building and found it was not Bogus ETO Markets but ETO Group that had an office on the floor indicated by the regulation information after reading the floor guide in the lobby.

In order to confirm whether the broker that had an office on the floor indicated by the regulation information was Bogus ETO Markets or ETO Group, the surveyor took the elevator to the 28th floor and found not Bogus ETO Markets’s full name but ETO Group’s full name on the company directory in the corridor.

For prudency, the surveyor walked around the corridor and found not Bougus ETO Markets’s office but ETO Group’s office.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of Bogus  ETO Markets in Australia was different from its regulation address. The broker’s full license (RN: 420224) was suspected to be a cloned liense.
