According to the regulatory information,Singapore licensed company Blackrock is located at Twenty anson 20 anson road ,18-01 079912， which was surveyed by the investigation team. 

Guided by the regulatory and GPS,the investigation team came to the Anson road and found lots of buildings ,stores and restaurants around the shopping center.

Walking alone the Anson road ,they figured out a sign of house number.According to the sigh,they knew that his building is where Blackrock is located.The number 20 is like a big mac,which can be seen from a long distance,so the investigation team get here easily.

The investigation team entered the building and found it is a shopping mall with the gate of office building.Then they came to the gate to find two securities checking visitors’ identifications and a modern access control system.

The investigation team came to the entrance of the office building and found a company signboard, on which hangs lots of companies.After checking carefully,they knew that the office is in 1801 on the 18th floor.To their surprise,this office building hiding so many financial institutions.Unfortunately, they was unable to go upstairs.

Conclusions

After being regulated by the investigation team ,the practice address of Singapore licensed company Blackrock is consistent with the regulatory address.Although the broker holds the SFC futures trading license, MAS retail foreign exchange license, ASIC general financial license and FCA investment consulting license,it is verified as overrun operation.Discretion is advised with regard to investment.
