Based on that, the survey staff successfully found the office building where LIRUNEX is located. The office building is one of the landmarks of Larnaca.

The staff entered the building and saw a simple and eye-catching floor signboard, which showed that LIRUNEX was at Room 305.

They took the elevator to the third floor, and saw LIRUNEX’s logo at the corridor as soon as they got out of the elevator. 

The survey staff found LIRUNEX’s office on one side of the elevator. After the surveyor rang the bell, a lady in uniform received them. 

Having looked around, the staff found that the office was well decorated.

The receptionist showed the survey staff around the conference room, where there were its poster and a electronic screen on the wall playing its promotional video.  

A company brochure was seen on the conference table. The survey staff had just taken a picture of the conference room when they were led out of the room by the receptionist who informed the surveyor that in a few minutes, a meeting of the management would be held there.

After visiting the conference room, the survey staff was guided to the rest area and met with two employees of LIRUNEX.The survey staff noticed that there was a LIRUNEX logo on the back of the sofa.And on the poster in the corner, there was also a logo of LIRUNEX.

The employee told the survey staff that the core of LIRUNEX's corporate culture was transparent, safe and trustworthy, as the poster behind the surveyor put it.

The employee then enthusiastically took several photos with the the survey staff. What impressed the staff the most was that the company’s logo was everywhere in the office.

Inspection Conclusion

The survey staff’s site visit confirms that the actual address of the licensed broker LIRUNEX in Cyprus is consistent with the regulatory address. The broker holds a STP license (No. 338/17) issued by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, which reveals that the broker is under valid regulation and runs business in compliance with related regulations.
