On its website, Cryp Trade Capital makes no mention of the company's owners or managers.

On August 1st, 2016, a private registration was made for the website domain (“cryp.trade”) for Cryp Trade Capital.

The business does offer a paper claiming to be an incorporation certificate for “Cryp Trade Capital Holding SL” from Spain's Agencia Tributaria, dated December 20th, 2016. The ownership of Cryp Trade Capital is hidden in the documentation.

The authenticity of the documents is unknown because the Agencia Tributaria website does not appear to have a search feature.

In any case, giving out worthless paperwork rather than just presenting ownership information is a common approach used by fraudsters.

Cryp Trade Capit seems to demonstrate this. According to Alexa estimates at the time of publication, Germany accounts for 29% of all website traffic to Cryp Trade Capital. Spain ranks fifth with a contribution of little more than 5%.

The “Rubin” affiliate rank is additional evidence that Cryp Trade Capital is owned by a German citizen. Ruby is known as “Rubin” in German.

Cryp Trade Capital has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Cryp Trade Capital affiliate membership itself.

The Cryp Trade Capital Compensation Plan

Affiliates of Cryp Trade Capital make investments based on the promise of a publicized ROI.

Which of the three available programs an affiliate invests in will affect the amount of a ROI that is paid out:

Standard: An investment of $50 to $4999 yields a daily return of 0.59% (215.35% yearly).

Mega offers a 0.79% daily ROI on investments between $5000 and $9999 (288.35% annually).

VIP: Invest between $10,000 and $20,000 and get a daily ROI of 0.99% (annual ROI: 361.35%)

Residual Commissions

Cryp Trade Capital uses a unilevel compensation structure to pay residual commissions.

An affiliate is at the head of a unilevel team in a unilevel compensation system, and any affiliate they individually recruited is put immediately behind them (LEVEL 1)

New affiliates brought on by any level 1 affiliates are added to the original affiliate's unilevel team at level 2.

If any level 2 affiliates bring on new affiliates, they are promoted to level 3, and so on down a theoretically endless number of levels.

Seven are the maximum payable unilevel levels set by Cryp Trade Capital, and commissions are distributed among the unilevel team as a proportion of ROI payouts.

Investor (minimum investment of $50) - Level 1 commission of 7% (personally recruited affiliates)

Agent: 7% on level 1 and 5% on level 2 for $1000 in directly recruited affiliate investment volume.

Senior Agent ($5,000 in affiliate investment volume individually sourced) - 7% for level 1, 5% for level 2, and 3% for level 3.

Managing Agent ($25,000 in investment volume from directly recruited affiliates) - 7% for level 1, 5% for level 2, 3% for level 3, and 2% for level 4.

Sapphire: 7% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4, and 1.5% on level 5 ($100,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume).

Rubin ($500,000 in affiliate investment volume personally attracted) - 7.5% on level 1, 5.5% on level 2, 3.3% on level 3, 2.2% on level 4, 1.5% on level 5, and 1% on level 6.

Emerald ($1,000,000 in affiliate investment volume from sources I directly solicited) - 7% for level 1, 5% for level 2, 3% for level 3, 2% for level 4, 1.5% for level 5, 1% for level 6, and 0.5% for level 7.

7% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4, 1.5% on level 5, 1% on level 6, and 0.5% on levels 7 and 8 for diamond and higher (personally recruited affiliate investment volume of $3,000,000 or more).

Rank Achievement Bonus

There are ten affiliate ranks within the Cryp Trade Capital compensation plan.

Upon qualifying at the Agent or higher ranks, a Cryp Trade Capital affiliate is paid the following one-time bonus:

Managing Agent – $1000

Sapphire – $6000

Rubin – $30,000

Emerald – $60,000

Diamond – $180,000

Blue Diamond ($10,000,000 in personally recruited affiliate investment volume) – $360,000
