The company completed a comprehensive restructuring of its shareholder structure in February 2019, and changed its name to Cloudfutures Co., Ltd. in September 2019. The company is currently a member unit of China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and Shanghai International Energy Exchange. At present, the company has branches including Shanghai Branch, Yili Branch, Kashi Branch, Shandong Branch, Shenzhen Branch, Henan Branch and Zhejiang Branch.
