账户资金得不到安全保障，被平台业务私自设置跟单，2021年4月7日再次拒绝其跟单要求，依然强行设置跟单，在当天造成2596美元亏损。当天立即投诉，互相推诿，直到现在也不赔偿损失。特此投诉，要求赔偿损失，开除不称职员工，并道歉。
