因IG-LIVE送出錯誤的報價導致EA無法正常下單而造成交易損失
IG MT4 CFD賬戶ID: LWCDD MT4登錄: 172845針對因報價錯誤而導致EA下單失敗，本人已經舉證IG-LIVE是會發生錯誤的且下單失敗的原因在於報價上的錯誤，並且也推算出因此錯誤所造成的損失，於2021/8/13向compliance.igx@ig.com提出申訴，至今仍為獲得合理的解決。只以價格變動為由敷衍卸責，並未正視其報價錯誤的問題給予合理的回覆。當時IG-LIVE報出的Bid價格遠低於市場價格所以下單失敗。請輸入內容...
