IVY Markets does not pay dividends to investors

On August 23, 2024, I invested in ivy markets LTD (trading account number 886444) with an initial capital of $2000 to buy Doyu stocks that pay dividends on September 3, 2024. On August 30, 2024, I deposited an additional $1000 to buy a total of 900 Doyu stocks. By September 3, 2024, when I had not received the dividends, I deposited an additional $2000 to protect my capital. However, before the US session opened (at 8:30 PM on September 3, 2024), I still did not receive the dividends. As a result, my account was liquidated and I lost all my investment. I have asked the exchange staff multiple times, but they said that the exchange does not pay dividends before the US session, while some other exchanges have received dividends before the US session. Based on this incident, I request the company to pay dividends to my account.

IVY Markets không trả tiền cổ tức cho nhà đầu tư

Ngày 23/8/2024, Tôi tham gia đầu tư tại sàn ivy markets LTD (tài khoản giao dịch số 886444) với số vốn ban đầu là 2000$ để mua cổ phiếu doyu chi trả cổ tức vào ngày 3/9/2024. Ngày 30/8/2024, tôi nạp thêm 1000$ để mua tổng số 900 cổ phiếu Doyu. Đến ngày 3/9/2024 khi chưa nhận được cổ tức tôi đã nạp thêm 2000$ để bảo toàn vốn nhưng đến trước khi mở phiên Mỹ (20 giờ 30 phút ngày 3/9/2024) tôi vẫn không nhận được cổ tức, do đó tài khoản của tôi đã bị out và mất hết tiền đầu tư. Tôi đã nhiều lần hỏi nhân viên sàn nhưng nhân viên sàn nói là sàn không trả cổ tức trước phiên Mỹ trong khi đó một số sàn khác đã nhận được cổ tức trước phiên Mỹ. Từ sự việc này tôi đề nghị Công ty chi trả cổ tức cho nhà tôi.
