The customer used OTC365 to withdraw money on December 3. At the time the real-time exchange rate on the OTC platform was lower than the UnionPay exchange rate. The withdrawal amount received by customers decreased relatively. Why didn't you notice us when the exhcange rate flluctuated greatly. The ysaid they'll help me report to superior. I have the recording of our conversation. I'm sppechless for this.
