Abstract:According to WikiFX, victims of MBA FOREX fraud have given the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, a 21-day deadline to arrest and prosecute Christ Embassy Pastors, Amaechi Bartholomew Udeaku, Paul Odogbo, and Precious Williams, who have been declared wanted by the commission for MBA Forex fraud.
On Sunday, victims of a failed forex business in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, MBA Trading and Capital Investment Limited, protested the company's CEO, Maxwell Odum, for failing to pay them two years after a promise was made.
The demonstration was placed outside a Christ Embassy church, which claimed Odum was a member.
Some of the sign inscriptions read, 'Maxwell, I can't eat well again because of you,' Our children are expelled from school due to a lack of school expenses.
According to WikiFX, victims of MBA FOREX fraud have given the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, a 21-day deadline to arrest and prosecute Christ Embassy Pastors, Amaechi Bartholomew Udeaku, Paul Odogbo, and Precious Williams, who have been declared wanted by the commission for MBA Forex fraud.
Christian Agadaga, the leader of the MBA Forex fraud victims, issued the ultimatum while protesting at Christ Embassy Church on Peter Odilli Road in Port Harcourt, saying the EFCC should conduct a full-scale manhunt to recover the fifteen billion, two hundred and ninety-three million, five hundred and ninety-six thousand, five hundred and forty-one naire, seventy-one Kobo, (15, 293,596,541,71) found in the pastors'
He did, however, urge Pastor Chris Oyakhilome to utilize his excellent leadership position to investigate and expose all individuals involved in the alleged scam, including his pastors and church members.
“We are here to push our demands, and we request that we are given our money.” The pastors of Christ Embassy Church have siphoned fifteen billion nairas of our money. We are astounded that the temple of God would suddenly become a playground for deception. We can't keep doing this because we need our money.
“We appeal to the conscience of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the founder of Christ Embassy Church, to declare a reward (bounty) on the heads of those pastors and members of his church who have been declared wanted by the EFCC and published in the Vanguard newspaper on July 15, 2022, who have defrauded Nigerian citizens.”
“We want them to immediately disclose themselves to the EFCC and restore our money.” We will never be able to die in quiet again. We have given the EFCC 21 working days to search for all those proclaimed wanted. We need them brought to justice.
In addition, Uzo JohnPaul, the Secretary of MBA Forex victims, urged that the EFCC begin a reimbursement of the investor's money since failing to do so would force the MBA Forex victims, who are now homeless and unemployed, to seek sanctuary within EFCC premises.
“Maxwell Odum attends Christ Embassy Church.” According to our research, he contributed two billion (2,000,000,000) naira to the church. MBA FOREX investors have around fifteen billion nairas hanging around their necks.
“I have it on good information that another nine billion (9,000,000,000) naira was found, which has yet to be disclosed, and the EFCC has taken these young men's properties in Harmony Estate in Air Force Base, Port Harcourt.” The thing we're stating here is that they should refund the money to investors into the EFCC recovery account so that they may distribute it among investors.
“We have stated previously, while at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja, that we have not given up on this course because most investors' money was hard-earned, and most of them are hopeless right now; some invested their last money, so they have nothing to fall back on, and someone is somewhere using our money to build underground high rise buildings.”
“The pastor, Amaechi Bartholomew Udeaku, owns a large estate in Atali, Rivers State, built with the money of investors.” We are demanding that the church administration, led by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, conduct an impartial inquiry if he believes we have come here to blackmail the church.
“If he discovers that it is accurate, he should take the brave step of suspending his members who are engaged; they are not genuine individuals.” If they are found lacking in such a massive amount of deceit, they have no right to stand in God's pulpit and preach about Christ. We are not passing judgment on them, but they are unqualified to hold any position. That is our position.
