Upon reaching 11600 E 23rd Avenue, the survey personnel made a thorough observation of the surrounding environment. Located in a residential area in Aurora, it was a single-story residential building, with the street number prominently displayed on the wall, matching the target address. However, when approaching the building, the inspection team discovered some daily necessities in the garden, indicating that it was indeed a residential building rather than a commercial one. Furthermore, there was no company name or logo for HCapitalForex at the entrance and on the fence.

Without giving up, the survey team tried to search online for more information to verify the existence of HCapitalForex. They visited the broker's website (https://hforexltd.com/zh-tw/index), but found nothing due to its inaccessibility. This situation further convinced the investigators that the existence of the broker at this location was questionable. Through the on-site investigation, it is clear that the broker does not exist at the address.

Thus, it is confirmed that HCapitalForex does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the US to visit broker HCapitalForex as scheduled, but did not find the company at the aforementioned address. It indicates that the company does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
