According to the address, the survey staff arrived at the International Finance Centre in Finance Street in Central. A landmark building in Hong Kong, this complex has both shopping and office areas in it, and also enjoys a geographically advantageous location.

The survey staff entered the building and saw a sign on the wall saying that it was a modern building managed by Premier Plus.

The surveyors saw a large screen next to a pillar as they walked along the corridor.

The surveyors went down to the reception-desk area. They noticed that there were two reception desks on the ground floor of the building, each with a large screen behind it, and an access control system in between. There were a lot of people in the hall, and security guards were meticulously checking the identities of each visitor.

The surveyors came up to one of the reception desks and found the large screen hanging behind it was broadcasting international news. UBS’ office is on the 42nd Floor, as the surveyors learned from the security guards. Unfortunately, the surveyor did not get permission to go upstairs for a detailed survey.
