Survey Reason

Recently,the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more New Zealand licensed brokers whose real addresses were suspicious of inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. Upon their request, the investigation staff decided to visit UBNZ in New Zealand.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of the New Zealand licensed company UBNZ was: Johnston Prichard Fee Limited Level 6, 187 Queen Street Auckland Central Auckland. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Exclusive

The investigation staff found the office building as the regulatory address showed without any obstacle. Entering the building, they learned from the floor guidance in the lobby that the New Zealand licensed company UBNZ set its office on the 6th floor.

Unluckily, they were unable to go upstairs for more details. Therefore, they could not make sure whether UBNZ possessed an office on the 6th floor.

Summary

It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the New Zealand licensed broker UBNZ is not consistent with that declared by the supervision agency. Investors shall be cautious while before choosing the broker to avoid money loss since the Financial Service Corporate License issued by FSPR it holds is suspicious of cloning.
