On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker Bell Potter as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 29, 101 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The investigators came to 101 Collins Street in Melbourne, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on January 20, 2024, and located a modern commercial building in the renowned financial and business center home to plenty of large enterprises and financial institutions. Situated at one of the most prosperous streets in Melbourne, the building is easily accessible via public transports, appealing to a steady stream of people.
Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lobby, which displayed that Bell Potter was located on the 29th floor.
After proceeding to the 29th floor via the elevator, the inspection team clearly discovered the company name and logo of Bell Potter at its office. However, people werent allowed to enter without an appointment. Therefore, the team failed to pay an internal visit to the company, being unable to know the specific company size and working environment. In the meantime, it could be seen through the glass door that the company has an immaculate, simple but generous office.
Based on the field investigation, its confirmed that the broker truly has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker Bell Potter as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
