In an attempt to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in Australia, WikiFX survey team decides to go to the country for on-site visits to local companies.
On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker NP Financials as planned according to its regulatory address that Partha Sarathi Banerjee, Level 3, 2 Brandon Park Drive, Wheelers Hill, VIC 3150.
The investigators came to 2 Brandon Park Drive in Wheelers Hill, VIC of Australia for an on-site visit to the brokers office, and located a commercial building in a suburb of Melbourne. Boasting comfortable living conditions, the area is equipped with a diverse range of public facilities, such as shopping malls, schools, and medical centers.
Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lobby, which did not display the company name or logo of NP Financials. According to the security officer on duty, NP Financials did not operate in the building.
Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not have a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker NP Financials as scheduled, but did not find the company at its regulatory address. It denotes that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
