Inspection Reason

It is expected by many investors for exposure of more Japan licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, the surveyor went to DVBFX to know more about its interior.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker DVBFX is located at 8-8-3, Nishi-Shinjuku , Shinjuku, Tokyo. The surveyor then visited the broker.

With the help of Google map, the surveyor found the building according to the regulation information. But the place is actually a post office.

There is a Japanese restaurant near the post office. The surveyor believed that there might be an office in that building.

The surveyor found the gate locked when he intended to enter the building and discover more. Then the surveyor thought of asking passers-by, but there was no one near the building. Our surveyors believe that DVBFX may have moved away.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker DVBFX’s real address was not the same with its regulation address. Although the broker has a MM forex license issued by ASIC and a retail forex license issued by FSA, but its suspicion of being a clone broker could not be ruled out.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
