The inspection personnel went on to another office afterwards. At the time when they entered the room, there were two employees discussing business by their laptops. After that, the inspection personnel visited the rest area of the office. Inside the office, the inspection personnel heard two customer-service representatives answering questions in soft, sweet voices.
