Inspection Reason

There are many calls from quite a lot of investors asking for more disclosure of traders whose real office addresses were not real. Given the feedback from the investors and the inspection plan, the inspection team was about to visit NBLFX for more first-hand information.

Office

According to the regulatory information, the UK licensed trader ICE FX is located at Suite 29 Mallow Street ec1y 8rq United Kingdom. The surveyors paid a visit to the trader.

According to regulation information and GPS, the surveyors found a road sign on a brick wall. The surveyors made much effort and came to Mallow Street.

The surveyors walked around Mallow Street and found not the No.29 office building but quite a lot of townhouses. After inquiring a passer-by, the surveyors made much effort to find an office building whose building number maybe 29. As was informed from the notice downstairs, the building is in maintenance from March 21 to May 17. 

The surveyors enter the office building from its main entrance and found nobody in the building.

Conclusion

The visit by the inspection staff confirmed that NBLFX doesn’t have an office in UK. As was informed, the trader’s purported regulation by FCA with regulation number 576054 indicates its being a clone trader. Please be careful when choosing the trader and beware of capital loss.
