Inspection Reason

Recently many investors called the inspection team, asking for exposure of more Australia licensed brokers whose regulation addresses were fake. In order to meet investor’ need, the surveyor decided to go to Moneytech’s office in Australia to have a more intutitive view of the broker.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Moneytech was located at Hugh Evans, Level 6, 97 Pacific Highway North Sydney NSW 2060. The surveyor visited the broker.

Guided by the regulation information, the surveyor found the quite ancient office building.

The surveyor couldn’t wait but enter the lobby on the ground floor,finding no information about Moneytech after reading the floor guide carefully.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor took the elevator to the 6th floor. As indicated by the notice by an office door, Moneytech has moved.

Conclusion

The surveyor confirmed after the field survey that the Australia licensed broker Moneytech’s real address wasn’t consistent with its licensed address. The broker, held a full license (RN: 421414) issued by ASIC.
