Reason for this visit

The forex trading market is the largest financial market in the world, with a daily trading volume reaching trillions of dollars. Major forex trading centers include London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, and Taiwan, with the U.S. dollar being the primary trading currency. Taiwans forex market is highly developed, characterized by strong liquidity and a diverse range of participants. In recent years, the rise of forex trading platforms has also attracted more individual investors and institutions into the forex market. To help investors and industry practitioners better understand the forex brokers in Taiwan, WikiFX survey team decides to conduct on-site visits to local companies.

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker E.SUN Securities as planned according to its regulatory address that 6F, No.158, Section 3, Minsheng East Road, Songshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan.

The investigators came to No.158 Minsheng East Road in Songshan District of Taipei in Taiwan, China for an on-site visit to the broker‘s office, and located a modern commercial building with an elegant and magnificent façade in the city’s prosperous district. The building boasts convenient transportation due to its exceptional location.

Upon arrival at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted easily a directory in the lobby, which prominently displayed that the E.SUN Securities was situated on the 2nd floor.

The inspection team then reached the 2nd floor and discovered E.SUN Securities‘ office, where the broker’s name and logo, along with the reception desk, could be seen conspicuously. Moreover, there were approximately over 20 working seats, with at least 3 units for customer service, including account opening and more.

With a professional working area, the office of E.SUN Securities was equipped with various facilities, providing efficient and comfortable working environment. Additionally, it was characterized by a simple and elegant decorative style and an immaculate appearance.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker E.SUN Securities as scheduled, and found the company at its regulatory address. It denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
