According to the regulatory information, the HK licensed broker SWSC was located at 40F, Lee Garden, 33 Hysan Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The surveyors visited the broker.

The surveyors entered the mansion from the entrance of the office building and found a floor directory from which it was known, Southwest Securities International Securities Limited, Southwest Securities (HK) Financial Management Limited, Southwest Securities (HK) Capital Limited and Southwest Securities (HK) Brokerage Limited had an office at the 4th floor.

The surveyors then took the elevator ro the 3rd floor at first and then took the elevator going to 31-40F only and arrived at the 40th floor.

Once going out of the elevator, the surveyors walked at the direction of the broker’s office. The surveyors noticed that the narrow aisle of the 40th fkoor was long, bright and clean.

The surveyors arrived at the door of the broker’s office and saw the broker’s logo and the bright and spacious reception area at first. The red-yellow logo was quite conspicuous in the incandescent light. The receptionist opened the door and warmly brought the surveyors into the office after hearing the surveyors’ knock on the door.

The surveyors visited the working area under the guidance of the receptionist. The working are is very bright, clean and spacious. More than 50 employees was paying close attention on their work, which left surveyors a deep impression. 

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the HK licensed broker Manulife was the same with its licensed address. As was informed, the broker held a futures trading license ( regulatory number: AAZ149）.Investors are suggested to make decisions at their own discretion.
