The building where the office is located can be found in the prosperous area of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. It is the famous Golden Tower. The dealer was not found in the building, there are many other foreign exchange dealers around, and no information about the dealer was found along the street. The investigator supposed that the dealer made a mistake in the business address.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Cambodia to visit the dealer Goldwell Capital as planned. The dealer’s logo was not found on its publicly displayed business address. The dealer might not have an office operating normally at the business address. Investors are asked to make a sensible choice after careful consideration.
