Survey Reason

Recently,the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more New Zealand licensed brokers whose real addresses were not consistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. According to their feedback and the schedule,designated the staff to make an on-the-site investigation on the broker TPS located in New Zealand.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of the New Zealand licensed company TPS was: Unit B, Level 13, 20 Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland Central, Auckland. The investigation staff visited the spot.

They found the small office building as the regulatory information showed without much effort. They entered the building and that there was not any information about the company TPS.

Exclusive

Subsequently, they came to the 13th floor by sightseeing elevator and found there were three companies that set their offices on the floor after they walked around it. While the one they were looking for was not in them. They enquired one of the employees of TPS whether it set its office in this building; however, the employee said he/she was not aware of it.

Summary

It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the New Zealand licensed broker TPS is not consistent with that declared by the supervision agency. The Financial Service Corporate License (572807) issued by FSP that the broker holds is suspicious of cloning.
