自2024年10月以来，我一直在尝试提取我的存款，但他们没有归还，尽管我的账户已经通过验证，我已经发送了他们要求的所有文件。他们的客户服务也是最差的，他们不解释为什么需要这么长时间。在2025年1月7日，他们收取了一部分作为不活跃费，而我的提款请求仍在处理中，而在2025年2月3日，他们收取了剩下的作为第二笔不活跃费。这个经纪商从交易到客户服务都充满了欺诈，我建议交易者远离这个经纪商。

Worst broker

I have tried to withdraw my deposit since October 2024 and they didn’t give it back knowing that my account is verified I sent all documents they asked for. They also have the worst customer service they don’t explain to you the reason of the time it is taking. On January 7th, 2025. They have taken a part of it as inactivity fee while my withdrawal request is still processing and on February 3rd,2025 they took the rest as the second inactivity fee. This broker is full of scam from trading on it till its customer service I would recommend traders to stay away from this broker.
