TISCO Securities Company Limited was established since 1975 (formerly known as SCB Securities Company Limited and changed to TISCO Securities Company Limited in 1998) to provide all types of securities business services. TISCO Securities Co., Ltd. is a 100% majority owned by TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited and TISCO is a group of financial institutions that provide financial products, securities and fund management services. Widely At present, the company has branches that provide services, consisting of Head Office, Sathorn, Nakhon Pathom Branch, Chiang Mai Branch, Nakhon Ratchasima Branch and Udon Thani Branch.

Securities Trading Services

TISCO Securities Company Limited has two types of cash trading accounts: Cash Balance and Securities Trading Line Account (Credit Line). Securities trading fees are displayed clearly. Fee rate for sending orders through investment advisors, the brokerage fee of daily turnover (baht) with no more than 5 million baht is 0.25%, 0.006% of SET/Regulate fee, 0.001% of the settlement and delivery of securities, together 0.257%. Fee rate for sending orders via internet system/Credit Line account type, the brokerage fee of daily turnover (baht) with not more than 5 million baht is 0.20%, plus other fees, together 0.207%. Fee rates via internet/Cash Balance account type, the brokerage fee of daily turnover (baht) with not more than 5 million baht is 0.25%, plus other fees, together 0.257%.

Derivatives

Derivatives offered by TISCO Securities include Single Stock Futures Block Trade service, SET50 Index Futures ( (Settlement Method: Pay the price in cash), SET50 Index Options( trading fees: not more than 5 baht per contract, which will be collected from both the buyer and the seller). Single Stock Futures, Gold Futures, Gold Online Futures, 5Y Gov Bond Futures, USD Futures (The exchange rate of the baht to the US dollar), Japanese Rubber Futures,Silver Online Futures(Silver metal with a purity of 99.9%.).

Foreign Stocks

Depositing money into a foreign securities account: the company accepts deposits in Thai baht only；Minimum investment 300,000 baht. With regard to fees, foreign stock trading fees Commission charged 0.5% of turnover or minimum 100 USD/share/day/buy or sell side. 7% VAT of such fees (Only for purchases on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) will incur an additional 0.5% fee), Overseas remittance fee (according to the rate specified by the company).

Mutual Fund Services

For brokerage services, trading and distribution of investment units TISCO Securities Company Limited (“the Company”) will provide mutual fund offering services from some asset management companies (Open Architecture) as an investment alternative. Funding trading hours determines the closing time of fund trading 1/2 hour before the period specific in the fund fact Sheet. Clients can check the closing time of trading in the prospectus in the summary of important information or through the Application Channel place order menu. The period when the application can be used is from 06:00-07:00 and time 00:00-01:00.
