My agency commission account is 011019, and I have been acting as an agency at Moga, and I will rebate my commissions on my own orders. The default Moga rebate is 40% rebate. The platform promises to return 50% of the commission, 40% of the commission will be automatically returned by the system, and the other 10% will be sent to the agent platform around the 20th of every month. However, since March, the platform begins to rat on the debt and did not give the 5% rebate (because the system automatically increased the commission to 45% midway). Did Moga run away? Moga恶意拖欠代理佣金不给，写站内信狡辩赖账

本人代理佣金账号011019，一直在Moga做代理，自己做单自己返佣金。Moga返佣默认是40%起返。平台承诺会按照50%的佣金返，40%佣金由系统自动返佣，另外10%是每个月20号左右发到代理后台。但是3月份开始，平台赖账，不给那5%的返佣了（由于中途系统自动将佣金提到45%了）。Moga是不是跑路了，还请返还血汗钱136.95美金。
