刚入金做到第五天就入不了金，多次联系客服，一直未解决，后面说我有个KYC不合格，那为什么不是开户时就让证的吗，我是正常每天做单，又没做别的，难道要我入了的损完亏到没法入金，亏完为止吗？太不负责任了，问这个风险是以什么认证的也不回答
