平台你好，2023年5月开始，我在HERO陆续入金人民币30万元，目前账户资金101196.6美元 期间该平台出入金正常 ，2024年1月19日出金3000美元，但是从2024年3月底至目前，无法出金，上面回复是出金通道涉及到黑U导致被封。
