I saw that OANDA ranked the first in your website, so I consider to deposit money in it. I didn't expect to have trouble in less than a month. The platform has a big spread and high rollover. I was not satisfied with the platform so I wanted to withdraw money. I didn’t expect to have trouble with the first withdrawing. I withdrew money more than 10 days ago but the money has not arrived. I sent emails to ask what happen. They asked me to check if the bank detained the money. I went to the bank to check, the bank said that the money was not recorded, and the bank statement could not find the detention record.

我是看到OANDA平台在贵网站排名第一才考虑入金的，没想到不到一个月就遇到麻烦。该平台点差大，过夜费又贵，不太满意就想到出金，没想到第一次出金就遇到麻烦，出金10多天还没到账，发信问说是要我查银行是不是被银行扣留，我去银行查，银行说钱没入账，银行报表也查不到扣留记录。
