Today, July 25, 2024, Eightcap.com had a Spread of +190 points on the GBPUSD Pair, which is one of the main ones in Forex, and therefore the Spread is usually low, but on top of that it was a PRO account, which It is the account they offer with 0 Spread. That caused a margin close out on my account, leaving the account at 15.19 EUR from a deposit of 1500 EUR. They have totally failed to fulfill their commitment to offering quality service.

On 21st May XAUUSD with volume 0.01 bought at 2423.24 and 2430.80. On 17 th June the losses were about 218 dollars.But Mr David Miller of Kwakol market increased VOLUME 10 times to 0.10 .LOSS JUMPED TO MORE THAN 2000 DOLLARS.Harassed to freeze my account if $2000 is not deposited. Refusing to change Volume even after showing screen shot .

i had a trade that was running in 630 usd profit. i tried to close the trade but couldn't. i was eventually able to close the trade but instead of receiving my total profit, the broker only gave me 235 usd. i have complain and they told me they would fix it, its getting to a week now and support isn't replying me anymore. i also have a trade that was on 70 usd profit, broker refuse me to close the trade. i tried everything i could to close the trade but it didn't work. i complained to support and we both tried everything he suggested to close the trade but it didn't work. i couldn't close my trade. support said i shouldn't worry, that he has transferred me to financial team that would reply in 6 hours time and if anything happens to the trade, they would take responsibility for it. financial team fixed the problem 7 hours later when the trade is against me. i have been waiting for response to get my profit paid to me. no response. i had a videos recorded of everything that happened and all evidence needed which i forwarded to the support email. they told me they can’t pay me my money. this broker is fraudulent

Titan Capital Markets is a Forex Broker who claimed their own trading platform using Artificial intelligence technology with 99.9% trading accuracy. If it was right then how the company has occured loss of money and they forced the investors to buy a token named TTT. Company claimed that they give ROI to their investors every month till date.. may be its true until only one year. After that investors not getting proper profit and the leaders of this company regret to pay the ROI to its investors. Leaders not everyone .. some leaders are act like third right frauds they destroy this company's goodwill. Finally company implemted 5% withdrawal option to the version 1 investors.. purely a harrasment on investors. and considering the coin rate.. very pathetic from the initial time. We need pure forex trading like before you follow..please bring back forex compounding and monthly scheme. not interested in scams like crypto.. this coin can't meet our monthly expectations. very hopeless.

Been from Africa. Last summer 2023, A Forex expert trader named Tyron Ethane from the USA contacted me on Instagram, we have an exchange online about crypto. After that, I sent him an Apple iTunes gift card for a total of $970. He introduced this sum in a platform LOT (legal option trade), it was a scam. Profits raised around $44000. When I decided to withdraw he recommended me metamask (it was also a scam). In the final, I told him to give me back my money, in my Binance wallet with the link. He another time sent and from Binance to show me my profits were sent there. It was a lie Of course, I have various screenshots of this terrible experience. All, I want to recover my money and for this scammer, a liar and thief to be arrested. Thanks a lot.

I was trading here and had accumulated my profits, all of a sudden the price fluctuated in away that I suspect the broker was responsible and from no where all my funds were lost, when I contacted the customer service personnel by names of Sara, she advised me to deposit $1000 more to enable me recover my losses til then I was removed from the group where I was trading, only to realize later that I had been scammed, please if there’s away I can even recover my deposited funds as even from pics below.

This broker is a fraud, this broker's rating is fake. My complaints were ignored and my trading and instead they considered my trading behavior to be abusive. They also threatened to close my profile. I have traded at several brokers but this is the first time I have experienced something this bad. Never trust and use this broker.

False advertisement, after a week of trades all with huge slippage and execution time way over of the advertised! After contacting support with the issue, they answered that my account manager would contact me. Not only did they not reply to my issue also account manager was only interested in me depositing more. Not recommended!!

The price of the instrument, is the currently traded price, where sellers and buyers agree to a certain value of the asset, and exchange happens. Liquidity is a different aspect. You can think of it as "counter orders". For a trade to open or close, it must have ability to be filled with the liquidity. If you want to close or open position at certain price, but it cannot get filled with liquidity, a slippage happens - the position opens/closes at first price there is possibility for it to get filled. Even if X price is currently not the one where exchange of asset is taking place, it does not mean there is no liquidity there (buy/sell orders). This is not something unreasonable - this is how orderbook and real markets work. It is neither something, for which losses we can rectify, since it is not related to our company, this is purely natural occurence when trading on real market conditions, where there is no such thing as unlimited liquidity. I understand your frustration, but slippage is simply one of the risks while trading. 各位認為合理嗎？

I was scammed by admirals broker on slippage on VIX futures, the prices quoted by the broker have never occured on futures market on CBOE. The broker ignored my complaints for more than 4 months.This broker is 100% scam you will loose ALL YOUR MONEY, petty thiefs will cheat in any possible way even the smallest amount.

Too much commission than the profit.

Last week we have widraw 130$ on our account and as per V5 management need 3 days working to receive but still now didn't receive the amount and my account being freeze and change password my account by V5 without proper and profound prof of violation.

On the 23rd of March 2023, trade pair or AUDJPY had emptied most of the traders account with V5, no matter how big or small.the amount left in the account, the chart move downward 3 PIPS only but the minus for THE COMISSION IS ABSURD 1000% of total acc balance was charge for COMISSION causing ALL TO MC, when refer to CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN, okay then suddenly ACCOUNT IS BANNED BECAUSE OF SUSPECT SUPERIOR TO SPREAD WRONG TRADING SIGNAL???? We are 28 in a group of traders of V5 here in Bulacan, Philippines and we all experienced a lost on our account in just a second. We got a signal, and we trade on the same time as the signal provided to us. Right after opening the position with the amount and margin of $130 it automatically closes even the graph is not moving. It happen for a second only and the page refreshes by itself with a negative balance of $1300. Pls see picture attached below. I have tried a self trade before on other platform as well for few hours waiting to have a postive balance and I never experienced losing all the money on my account! V5 Platform do have a problem on your system! Your customer service always say that it is before I have alow margin and a high trade?! How ? What is the use of setting an amount and margin before trading! Your platform sucks! Return my fund! Our Fund! This is not right! Your system is new in the business and your not playing fair!

Me and my co-traders have opened a trade today on the platform with v5 forex as a broker for AUDJPY currency. But to our surprise our open trade got closed immediately due to a very large slippage of commission. This was unacceptable and unbearable for us since it is our hard earned money. We are asking for your help to dispute the money back to our accounts. Here are some pictures and screenshots of the transaction. It ate our money. The broker did not do anything about it. It was not normal slippage at all.
