Reason for this visit
Australia boasts a profound trading culture and a world-recognized regulatory environment. Currency markets are very popular in the country. On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker EMR FX as planned according to its regulatory address that Level 2, 150 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The investigators arrived at 150 Collins Street in Melbourne, the capital of the state of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the brokers office on December 19, 2023, and located a modern commercial building between the historical landmarks of the Scottish Church and Town Hall. The building enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation, including easy access to stations like Flinders Street Station within walking distance. An outdoor directory in front of the structure displayed the name and logo of broker EMR FX.
Upon access to the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted the reception area and access control system in the lobby. At the same time, people werent allowed to visit the working area without an access card. Unfortunately, the inquiry team failed to take photos inside the office, and the specific company size of the broker is unconfirmed.
Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to Australia to visit broker EMR FX as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following much deliberation.
