Inspection Reason

The inspection team continued its field survey campaign as part of the efforts to check the compliance and integrity condition within the forex brokerage industry. For this session, the inspection team went to Australia to visit VisionCapital

Office

According to the address shown in its regulation details, the Australian broker VisionCapital has its head office at Suite 5, Level 22, 219-227 Elizabeth St. Sydney. The inspection team sent its survey team there for a field investigation. 

The surveyors successfully found this office building according to the address.

The surveyors entered the building and took an elevator to the 22nd Floor as was indicated by the address. In the hallway they found a directory sign showing the companies on each floor, yet did not find VisionCapital’s name on it. 

The surveyors then tried to search the firm on foot, but since the glass doors of the offices on this floor were not 100 percent transparent and prevented the survey staff from seeing the logos, in the end not any clues were found. 

Conclusion

A field investigation according to the address in its regulation details did not find VisionCapital’s office in Australia. We believe that the firm is not effectively regulated by any regulatory authorities.
