Recently, the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. To help investors better distinguish this type of brokers, the investigation staff decided to depart for the Australia licensed broker AquireFX for the details.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of the Australia licensed company AquireFX was: Level 13, 95-99 York Street Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Exclusive

They easily found the time-honored office building as the regulatory information showed. Entering the building, they didn’t find AquireFX’s name on the floor guide in the lobby of the ground floor.

They came to the floor as the regulatory information showed by elevator. The moment they got out of the elevator they saw a simple signage, on which there was not any information about AquireFX.

To ensure the investigation a high quality one, they circled around the whole floor and noticed that there were 8 office areas. Nevertheless, they could only find GLOBAL TRADE’s office area rather than AquireFX’s.

Summary

It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the Australia licensed broker AquireFX is inconsistent with that declared by the supervision agency. As the Investment Advisory License (500818) issued by ASIC it holds shows that it is overrunning.
