Immediately after I requested a withdrawal, my meta accounts were closed by land prime and my access to my account was blocked. We received an e-mail stating that this problem will be resolved within 2 weeks and we will be able to receive our money, but even though 3 weeks have passed, we cannot receive a response to either our e-mails or the messages we sent via WhatsApp. And we still haven't received our money!
