安达黑平台，骗老百姓血汗钱
我是11月9号在安达提现的，到第二天显示初始信息有误无法提现，让我充值了20%的保证金后再提现，充值好保证金的第二天也就是11月11号，又显示我的信用分下降需要充值提升信用分，12号充值好了提升了信用分之后再提现，到了13号又显示多次提现失败需要申请人工打款，人工要15个工作日，我是不是被黑平台骗了
